Are we still posting?
Hey everyone. Is everyone on vacation / on hiatus / dead or are we still doing this thing?
I just read a very cute book, "Girls Guide to Witchcraft" by Mindy Klasky. For all you young librarians (I know you're out there!), this is a cute book about a young librarian working at the Peabridge Library in Washington, D.C. who happens to find a room full of witchcraft books. It's not "Bewitched" and it's not "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" -- it's a little more real for the young single girl that is trying to figure out which end is up these days.
The author has a strong and funny voice. It's an easy read for those days when you want to laugh but you don't want to commit. And there's a sequel coming out this October.
Enjoy!

Oooh. That one looks good. I would like to keep the blog going, but I kind of quit posting since everyone else did.
So, who's seen Stardust?
This book does look good!
Oh, did you see Stardust??!! I haven't had a chance, review please!!
Yes, please review. I haven't read the book yet. Do I need to?
I heard the movie wasn't great (from someone who hasn't read the book). Disagree? Agree?
I was going to see Stardust last night, but the stupid theatre was only showing one show a night, which we missed. But I'll post a review when I finally do see it.
This does look good - will probably read it.
