A long time...

It has been a long time since anyone has posted...

Hello everyone who is still out there and interested in reading along.

Violette and I had a discussion regarding this blog when I was in Saskatoon for a job interview (which I did not get). We thought it would be a good idea to use this blog as forum for sharing what we are currently reading, but not necessarily what anyone else is reading.

This will allow for us to read at our own pace, to choose books that suit our mood and taste, and perhaps tweak someone else's interest in a book they may not have otherwise have chosen.

I think many of us were finding it difficult to stay on track with our reading and felt some pressure, as I stated in the last post. If we share in this manner it will afford us the opportunity to stay in touch and share our love of reading without having to read to a schedule.

So... what do you think?
